Music First continued another month of regular bookings from big players.
Friday 9th Jun 2000 was particular highlight for me, playing straight after Hype. Nerves kicked in, shaky hands were placing the needle & original version of the 3D Mode dub plate, Lookout, proved too interesting for Hype. He stood there carefully checking out those sounds. Devize was buzzing 🙂
My mentor, Devize, also gave me a nice props after that set telling me it was the best set I’d ever played. FuZion was buzzing 🙂
DJs on the 9th; Hype, JB, Optical, Hazard & FuZion. MCs rotated the hosting; Moose, Biggie, GQ & Accapello.
